講師からお知らせ: Hello and welcome to IDIY. My name is Mrs Bee, and I will be your instructor for this lesson. I especially enjoy helping others better understand the English language and, therefore, look forward to working with you. I aim to help you with your English on a personal level, and where AI can easily overlook nuances, I see them. Having grown up both in England and South Africa, I have an international command of the English language. My English is fluent, flexible and culturally sensitive.
趣味・好きな国・訪問した国: My passion is writing and reading. I am currently writing a fantasy novel. My favourite read at the moment is The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. My all-time favourite is The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. I have read it so many times as a child and even as an adult. I recommend reading it and the whole series if you can. C.S. Lewis was an exceptional author and a wise man. My other passion is knitting. When I am not reading or writing, I knit. I knit while watching a movie or in the car when my husband is driving. At every opportunity, I knit. And I also love test knitting. I find most of my test knits on Instagram at Yarnpond. My favourite country is England, where I live, because it is so green and beautiful. It has many villages and thatched cottages to visit, which have not changed for centuries, so the sense of history is incredible. They call one of my favourite villages Cockington Forge, where all the thatched cottages are pink. It is truly a beautiful place to visit if you ever come on holiday. I grew up partly in Cape Town, South Africa, which is in Southern Africa. Someone once classified it as the most beautiful city in the world because of the incredible and magnificent Table Mountain. Along the coastline is the Cape of Storms, so-called due to how rough the sea is. Many shipwrecks have occurred there. Other countries I have visited are France, Belgium and the Netherlands, and in that order. I liked the Netherlands the best because it is quaint and colourful, especially when the tulips are flowering in the fields.
