It is helpful when you point out "Good aspects of your writing:" because I am not sure which sentence is better or natural for native speakers. I learned a phrase "jump onto the road" instead of "jump into a road" when expressing the particular road. To tell the truth, I am disappointed with my disability to drive a car, because I need to take my old mother, who is not good at walking, to the hospital. Thank you!
