Thank you for your correction and explanation. Your stories of the villages in Romania reminded me of the Transylvania region. I've read about this famous area and Dracula tourism before. If I remember correctly, in 1970s, Romanian officials decided against encouraging Dracula tourism, but with the collapse of Communism, the tourism came to revitalize. The European countries are really attractive to us. Although I was surprised to know that the author of the novel never visited the Transylvania region. the images of the region fascinate us.
