Message from instructor
Experienced English teacher from the US, living in Japan.
Hobbies / favorite countries / countries visited
My favorite hobbies are music, weightlifting, and continuing to improve my Japanese language skills. Lately, learning and understanding the meaning of lyrics to Japanese songs I like has become a fun project.
Approach to corrections
I try to preserve a customer's original words and writing style as much as possible unless "drastic change," "formal," "casual," etc. is requested. I also try to be as intuitive as possible so that my corrections don't result in failing to get the point across that they're trying to make.

Thank you for pointing out my misuse of "as" intended to mean reason. I hadn't realised my mistake until you corrected it. My dictionary says that "as" for the meaning of reason is used at the opening of a sentence and we need to separate two clauses with comma. I understand comma is anyways necessary. Thank you again for your detailed explanation. Have a nice rest of the day.
