趣味・好きな国・訪問した国: Hi, I am a very active person, who enjoys sports and being in the great outdoors. I am currently training for a triathlon which involves spending a lot of time running, cycling and swimming. In the afternoons, I practice yoga in the beautiful park close to where I live. I love yoga because it has improved my mobility, sense of calm and focus. I love nature in all its forms, flora and fauna. I read A LOT of books and enjoy writing about all the interesting things I've read.
