Announcements
Hello, my name is Tama, I'm from England and I am pleased to meet you. I love teaching because I am always learning from my students...every day I learn more and more about Japan! My other passion is travel, I love to explore new places, see new things, meet new people and try new food. I haven't made it to Japan yet, but I hope to soon. :-) As well as English I also speak Spanish and Haitian Creole fluently, and I have been teaching language skills to all levels of students since 2006. I can't wait to meet you!
Hobbies/Travel
I love to travel, to meet new people, learn about new cultures, try new foods. I spend my time between the Dominican Republic - I love the warmth of sun, and the beautiful beaches, and England - I love the beautiful green countryside and the history you can find in nearly every town and city.

Hello Ms. Tama, Thank you very much for your help! I'm so glad to learn those very useful expressions. As you already know, my understanding of definite article was vague. I know I have to read grammar books though, it always makes me sleepy. Your explanation was very helpful to me. Kind regards, Ayako Nara

Dear Teacher Tama, Thank you very much for your corrections and message. It was the trial, therefore my first composition at IDIY, and I really enjoyed the process of thinking for writing about the topic. I didn't expect the message, so it was happy surprise! Now I decided to practice writing at IDIY because of this first good experience with you. Thank you very much! Hope I have many opportunities to have you as my teacher in the future. By the way, I am Ms. KTP2017, not Mr. KTP2017;-) Regards.

Thank you for reading my sentences! I'm very happy that you made my sentences more natural. Especially, your small changes like 'composed'(9th sentence) and 'time periods'(14th sentence) are so helpful as well as a phrasal verb like 'switch between'. I can also learn a lot from another expression of 8th sentence. I will try to do my best next time. Thank you very much!
