Dear MrsB, Thank you very much for your correction and understanding, yes, I omitted greetings to save the number of words. Please let me share my favorite story with you . A several years ago, I saw a TV program that introduces a professional teacher who can revitalize classes that the students don't get along with each other. In the program, he made students pairs and gave them a task to think the best gift for each other. They gradually realized that they didn't know anything about their classmates. Then they try to know each other and finally found the best gifts for all. I sometimes use the same task in my class and students like it. Again, I really appreciate your help as always. Best regards, Ayako Nara
Dear Mrs.B, Thank you very much for your correction! The title of the book is "Pour Your Heart Into It: How Starbucks Built a Company One Cup at a Time" and I highly recommend this book. You can see his passion in this book, even if ghost writers wrote it. There are many lessons to learn to me. Again, I really appreciate your help. Best regards, Ayako Nara
