Announcements
As a Canadian, I am actually very familiar with both American English and British English. Canadian English is a mix of American and British English. My students from Japan and other countries tell me that I am great at explaining English grammar and vocabulary with patience and kindness.
Hobbies/Travel
I love reading, and I lived and taught English in Japan for thirteen years (until the spring of 2022). I loved Japan's friendly people, the food, the culture and history, and also the literature. Oh yes and I loved the izakaya life!

Dear TeacherShawn, thank you for correcting my sentences. I am totally agree with your opinion that it's only by making errors and learning from them that a new skill can be mastered. Your detailed comments and explanation of word's diffrence help me a lot! I hope to see you again. Best regards, greenbanana

Thank you for correcting my diary. Your feedback was knowledgeable and beneficial. I realized I had been mixing up the usage of "which '' and "that" through your comment. I had thought those two were replaceable. I'll be careful not to make the same mistake again. I hope you'll check my essay again.

Thank you for the correction. I will continue practicing. I love this sentence “Like other household tasks, regardless of gender, cooking should be a shared responsibility.” It has a strong message.
