Hi there! I'm Sara Rose from New York, specializing in helping learners with practical, real-life English, as well as all kinds of exam/test materials (Eiken, TOEIC/TOEFL, IELTS, etc.), cultural topics and current issues. I especially enjoy reading and explaining topics on travel, the U.S./UK, culture, news, history, music, art, fashion, and all things New York. You're welcome to send in your writing today on virtually any subject and I would gladly check and correct it for you! My proofreading focuses on natural-sounding English by using the most common, latest, or trending words/phrases/expressions, with some difficult/confusing grammar fully explained. If you are an administrative office person, a customer service rep, or a first-time international online shopper, I am here to help you write clear, courteous business email in English, especially for apparel and other general purchases. Looking forward to showing you how fun and rewarding it is to be able to communicate clearly in this universal language. Let's get started!

Teacher SaraRoseNY Thank you for corrections that are helpful to me. Many Japanese people believe that white people, especially Western people, are superior. In addition, Japanese-speaking Caucasians are popular on TV. I think Japanese people praise Japanese-speaking white people because they can't speak English. The Japanese global mindset is often not holistic but limited because many executive boards make a limitation of foreign executives while claiming globalization. As a result, many companies keep it in mind to continue traditional Japanese style, processes, and decision-making that may be outdated in the globlized market. Japanese companies shold increase more affiliation and partnership with foreign companies and investers to survive in their competitive circumstances. Best regards, 591mak

Teacher SaraRoseNY Thank you for corrections that are useful to me. In my view, the Japanese government is lazy to develop school curriculum. Japan is ranked at the 87th in EF EPI survey. (The English Proficiency Index (EF EPI) is a global ranking of English proficiency levels in countries where English is a second language, based on English proficiency surveys of adults in 113 countries and territories around the world.) Despite such terrible condition of school education in Japan, the government is hesitant to reform and update the current school crriculum. Considering the future of the young, the government should take as possible measures as they can. Authority should provide more English communication class from elementary schools with individualized classes. Local government should offer tourist volunteer activity to those students who are interested in communicating in English. At the same time, national government should hold events to select outstanding students while giving them subsidies to go abroad for study and work. Students should be informed with the importance of English proficiency to gain the advantage in the global world. Best regards, 5971mak

Teacher SaraRoseNY Thank you for corrections that are useful to me. Having good health has now become a common interest for citizens because many of them feel anxious in their future when aging rapidly ongoing in Japan. To lengthen their wholesome health in lifetime, they intentionally pay attention to preventing lifestyle sicknesses nowadays. Best regards, 5971mak

Teacher SaraRoseNY Thank you for corrections that are helpful to me. In Japan, day care centers are not only for children but also the elderly. Since public elderly care giving services have started, day care centers for fragile elderly people have been established to look after them. I should have written "day care centers for the elderly." In fact, some local authorities established such facilities beside public halls, kindergartens, shopping malls, and schools to foster chances communication and interection between the elderly and the young. Teacher SaraRoseNY Thank you for corrections that are helpful to me. Yes, humans are weak to convenience and comfotableness, but everybody wishes their children to live in a peaceful environment. Since they are selfish for their children, as far as science discloses what can happen in the future, more people will choose conscientious options. I believe that collective goodness can transform the world to become better little by little. The important thing is that ” Even if the world were to end tomorrow, I would still plant an apple tree today" by Martin Luther. I also never give up changing our society to be better for my sons and grandsons in the aging crisis of Japanese demographc. Best regards, 5971mak
