Hobbies/Travel
I love to be in the countryside and to go running with my dog. My husband and 3 sons also love to be outdoors, especially surfing, climbing and skiing. I do not enjoy heights so the climbing is not for me! My favourite pursuits are reading, going to the theatre to see plays and the ballet; I am passionate about conservation and ecology. My favourite holidays have been to Scandinavia and Canada - I do love snow and mountains! One day I would love to see the snow and mountains in Japan.
Message from the instructor
I am passionate about the acquisition of language, whether it is as a first or second language and have loved all the teaching I have done in this field. I find languages and local dialects to be quite fascinating! I look forward to seeing your work and ensuring that by the time I have finished, you have all you need for your work to read as beautiful, natural English! I know I will enjoy this very much.

Dear Teacher Cressy, Thank you very much for your kind explanations and message. I didn't know that 'Best wishes' is universally used nowadays. I have to be careful not to make a spelling mistake. I look forward to seeing you again.

Your explanation is well organized, so It's very easy to understand. Thank you so much. And I'm interested in the sentence you wrote: "We have cherry and apple blossom trees in the UK but nothing compared to Japan!" I think that nothing may be compared to Tokyo actually, but there are many apple trees in northern area in Japan. Next time I will try to write something about the north in Japan.

Dear Ms Cressy, I am very happy to hear your good news about the vaccine! That makes me hopeful! Thank you very much for letting me know. We have very little news and statistics in Japan, because the vaccination is belated. Thank you very much for your helpful feedback too. I made notes about expressions you taught me. Please take care, and have a lovely end of the week!

Dear Ms Cressy, Thank you very much for your great feedback as always. You taught me many natural expressions and how to use them. That was really helpful! In Tokyo, we didn't see snow this winter, so my daughter is dreaming what snow is like and how to make snowmen. We hope we can travel to see and enjoy snow one day! :)
