Announcements
Hello, my name is Tama, I'm from England and I am pleased to meet you. I love teaching because I am always learning from my students...every day I learn more and more about Japan! My other passion is travel, I love to explore new places, see new things, meet new people and try new food. I haven't made it to Japan yet, but I hope to soon. :-) As well as English I also speak Spanish and Haitian Creole fluently, and I have been teaching language skills to all levels of students since 2006. I can't wait to meet you!
Hobbies/Travel
I love to travel, to meet new people, learn about new cultures, try new foods. I spend my time between the Dominican Republic - I love the warmth of sun, and the beautiful beaches, and England - I love the beautiful green countryside and the history you can find in nearly every town and city.

Hi. Tama san. Thank you for your advice and comments. I’m glad to hear that you try to do the same. I think simplifying is the world adage which enable our life to be improved and easy. As you know that Steve Jobs also loves simplifying. I’ll write diary and ask you to see it again. I’m looking forward to seeing you soon! Best regards, Hiroki

Hi, Tama san. Thank you for your advice. I’d like to try to use ‘have yet to’ in the future in my diary. This is very useful advice for me. Also I’d like to use ‘my best shot’. I think these phrases are really common in my daily life. See you!

Dear Tama, Thank you very much for your correction and teaching me the better expressions! I have a Muslim co-worker and was asked to teach Japanese to his wife. So the word "conviction" will definitely be useful for me. The other day, he found a 100yen coin on the office's floor. I said; "Lucky you! you can buy a cup of coffee." He said; "No, when we Muslim people picked up some money, we will give it to poor people." I was ashamed of myself. Again, I really appreciate your help as always. Best regards, Ayako Nara
