While I was writing this e-mail, I remembered a day trip that I joined several years ago. That was a one-day tour that a travel agency company planned and the only purpose of the tour was eating cherries at Yamagata prefecture. Participants got on the bus at 7am and arrived at Yamagata at 1pm. Because we had to go back to Tokyo before 7:30pm, so we ate lunch on the bus. At the cherry farm in Yamagata, we only had one hour to pick and eat them. We ran around the trees, dashed up the ladders, eat cherries as fast as we could like a monkey. It might sound strange though, Japanese people tend to believe that it is embarrassing to speak English if their English is not perfect. Who can be perfect except native speakers?
