Hobbies/Travel
With a passport full of stamps and a heart full of wonder, I'm a travel enthusiast who's been fortunate enough to explore over 19 incredible countries in just five years. From the vibrant streets of Southeast Asia – Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Myanmar – to the majestic landscapes and diverse cultures of India, Pakistan, and Nepal, and the warmth of Africa – Uganda and Kenya – I've also had the privilege of discovering the beauty of Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. More recently, I've fallen in love with South America, immersing myself in the rich cultures of Argentina, Ecuador, and Colombia, where I'm currently based. But beyond the breathtaking scenery, it's the people I've met along the way who have truly made each journey unforgettable – their kindness, generosity, and smiles leaving an indelible mark on my heart. Next stop? The United States in December, where I'll reunite with loved ones and create new memories. When I'm not globe-trotting, you can find me making music on my violin and piano or dancing with my favorite partner – my husband.

Susanna, I'm relieved to hear from you that you are safe. It's a rainy day in Tokyo today. I'm sad I couldn't enjoy the cherry blossoms. I'm glad to see my friend for the first time in a year! We went to our favorite curry restaurant and talk for three hours! It was wonderful time. we talked about our current situation. He has been searching his new job but he doesn't have a house to live in, so he has to spend the internet cafe. I realized that my experience about the earthquake is more than I thought. When it occurred, there was a lot of people because it was in front of the Hachioji station. It's a most big station in my town. They got confused. I'll talk it to you in the next submission. Yukimi

Dear Susanna K, Hi! It was pretty busy, but overall it was good. How was yours? Thank you for working for my entry. As you said, I always put my entry on the list without requesting instructors because it's easy for me to keep practicing diary for long. Anyway, I hope you have a great weekend! Best regards, m-yoshiro

Susanna, I was the same! I couldn't sleep when the earthquake occurred because I was afraid of aftershocks. I really know how you felt. Really. As you said, there was a lot of trouble including nuclear power stations and a tsunami. I'll write about a tsunami in the next submission. I hope that you have a relaxing time. Yukimi

Thank you so much for your corrections and explanations! I searched the information about Pakistan earthquake and knew that at least 12 people died. So sad. However, I'm relieved that you are safe. I also experienced the large earthquake in 2011, so I know how scared earthquakes are. Best regards.

Susanna, I'm really able to understand how scared you were by earthquake because many earthquakes often occur in Japan. I was relieved to hear from you that your hotel stayed strong. Did you have a blackout in your area? I'll talk to you my experience about earthquake in next submission. Yukimi

Thank you so much for your corrections and explanations! Last summer, even young children had to wear masks. That made them hot and difficult to breathe. I'm glad that my daughter no longer need to wear a mask. Best regards.

Thank you so much for your corrections and explanations! There is a limitation of the number of words I can write in an IDIY entry, so I didn't mention that we went there with my parents-in-law and grandmother-in-law. For my daughter, they are her grandparents and great-grandmother. The more often my daughter and they meet, the better their relationship becomes. I'm also glad to travel with them. Best regards.

Thank you so much for your corrections and explanations! I'm happy because I don't have hay fever. But I've heard that it would appear suddenly even if a person doesn't have it so far. So scaring! Relating to my writing skill in English, I can show my opinion to a certain extent, but there are still many words and phrases I don't know. I want to know more words, phrases and how to use them. So the alternative sentences you showed me were very useful for me! Thanks. Best regards.
