I'm not sure I can ask a question in this service but if you can, It's very helpful. ①they think their home is more comfortable and misunderstand it is safer. ↓ ②they think their homes are more comfortable, and they don't understand that it is safer. I meant "it "equal to "their home" in sentence ①. What does mean "it" in sentence ②?
