Thank you for your feedback. As always, your detailed explanations were easy to follow, and the alternative sentences you offered me were very useful! You did not change the original meaning of the last two sentences. I have understood why the final sentence sounded unnatural.

Dear Fahan, Thank you for your feedback, as always. Your corrections are always very helpful. Even though I make a lot of mistakes, your understanding of my intended meaning is always accurate, and you provide precise corrections and rephrasings. Articles, prepositions, and vocabulary are still challenging for me, but I keep trying to improve. Best regards, Taurus

Dear Fahan, Thank you for correcting my sentences, as always. Also, sorry for not being able to send you my feedback message. I'm very happy to hear that this composition is easy to understand for you. I also very glad to receive your very detailed feedback last time. There were many kinds of explanations about grammar, concept and examples. It was very helpful! I have changed my avatar to my cat. She is very cute and has long hair. I like that example sentence regarding a cat in your feedback. Regards, Taurus

Dear Fahan, I'm so glad to have such a lot of feedbacks. It's fun for me to read it, and it is very helpful, such as tones, articles and what is more the culture difference. I can understand apology is a kind of method to emphasize speaker's politeness. As you let me know, it surely sometimes sounds unprofessional. It is same as Japan. Recently, I feel the need to apologize in business situations in Japan is becoming less and less, except for someone who is working for clients. This may be because they we learn from the English culture. I hope for my phrasing is natural for you in this time.
