My philosophy in my work is to put myself in the customer's shoes.

What would I expect if the shoe were on the other foot?

I would expect high standards, clarity, accuracy, detail and enthusiasm, and so that is what I strive to give my customers.

I hope that I am friendly, honest, and genuine. I take my work seriously, and I know what it's like learning a language so distant from your own.

I studied Arabic at degree level and, as well as learning to speak it, I learned some important lessons about language learning in general:

1- Your instructor or teacher makes a difference! My teachers, who were native speakers, were thorough, patient and supportive, and I model them in my own teaching.

2- It's easier for the language to 'sink in' when you are engaged with the material and excited by it, and this is particularly true when you are writing about something you personally care about.

3- Composition is the hardest part of learning any language, and mistakes are inevitable even for advanced learners. Sometimes a sentence can make perfect grammatical sense but still sound unnatural to those who speak it as their mother tongue. In this case, guidance from native speakers can be invaluable.

I hope we can work together to help you get what you need from your language journey. I look forward to working with you!

Thank you for explaining in detail. I realized I wrote roughly. I truly understand what you mean. I should write more precisely.
