I am a teacher, academic and poet from the UK. I currently live in New Zealand. I have never visited Japan but I would love to one day, particularly for the food. I love to read, especially poetry, literary criticism and philosophy. I almost never watch TV but I love to listen to podcasts and play games - board games, video games, table top games, 'Call of Cthulhu' is my favorite.

My corrections are very thorough and considered. I give comprehensive, detailed and accurate grammatical explanations. I have a great deal of writing experience (creative, formal, academic, technical) so I understand how best to achieve the desired tone and form of expression in any piece of writing. In the past I taught English Literature to university students, I currently teach creative writing (poetry) and I specialise in one-to-one mentoring and feedback; I think it's important to give each student the effort and attention they deserve, It's also important to encourage and nurture each student, to help them become the best writer they can be. You can expect my feedback to be extremely useful and very positive. I look forward to working with you very much.

    Dear Cat90,

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your detailed explanation. Now I remember I always skip 'the' (government). I am going to keep that in mind!
